Mr Tilahun has commissioned a 4-star hotel design for his site in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia. the site covers an area of 5000 square meters and is located near the shores of Lake Tana, the largest lake in Ethiopia and the source of the Blue Nile. The hotel design aims to cater to both local and international guests, offering luxurious accommodation, dining, and entertainment facilities. One of the main features of the hotel design is the large meeting halls, which can host various events such as conferences, workshops, weddings, and parties. The hotel design also incorporates a large swimming area with full spa services. The hotel design is expected to boost the tourism and economy of Bahir Dar and the surrounding region.
